1. Agreement
These Provider Terms apply to providers, practices, organizations, agencies, schools, professionals, business owners, and their authorized representatives who create or manage provider listings or subscriptions on Spectrum Navigator.
These Provider Terms supplement the Spectrum Navigator Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Authority to Represent a Provider
You represent that you are authorized to create, claim, manage, or modify the provider or organization account you access.
You may not impersonate another provider, organization, employee, or representative.
3. Accurate Provider Information
Providers are responsible for ensuring that listing information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
This includes organization names, locations, services, insurance participation, contact information, availability, business hours, websites, licensing or credential representations, and other information displayed to families.
Providers must promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
4. Provider Qualifications
Each provider is independently responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, insurance, professional qualifications, background requirements, and other authorizations applicable to its services.
Spectrum Navigator's review or approval of a listing does not transfer those responsibilities to Spectrum Navigator.
5. Verified or Approved Listings
Spectrum Navigator may review provider listings before they become publicly visible.
A "Verified," approved, or similar status indicates only that Spectrum Navigator has approved the listing for publication according to its current platform processes. It is not a warranty or guarantee of professional competency, safety, licensure, insurance participation, service quality, regulatory compliance, or outcomes.
6. Organizations and Team Members
Organization owners may invite team members and assign roles or location access through Spectrum Navigator.
Organization owners are responsible for ensuring that invited members are authorized to access the organization's information and that permissions are appropriate for each member's role.
Members must use only the access granted to them and may not attempt to bypass organization or location permissions.
Only an authorized organization owner may control organization billing unless Spectrum Navigator expressly provides otherwise.
7. Family Communications
Providers are responsible for responding appropriately to family messages and appointment requests.
Spectrum Navigator does not control whether a provider accepts a family, schedules an appointment, offers a particular service, accepts insurance, or forms a professional relationship with a family.
8. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Providers must use information received from families only for legitimate provider-related purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, professional, and healthcare laws.
Providers should not request that families submit detailed medical records or other highly sensitive information through ordinary Spectrum Navigator messaging unless an appropriate feature and legal basis exists for doing so.
A provider is responsible for determining whether laws such as HIPAA apply to the provider's activities and for complying with those obligations.
9. Subscription Plans
Spectrum Navigator may offer Free, Professional, Organization, or other provider plans.
Features, pricing, billing intervals, usage limits, and plan availability are displayed through the Service and may change prospectively.
Providers are responsible for reviewing the plan and price displayed before completing checkout.
10. Recurring Billing
Paid Spectrum Navigator subscriptions are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise expressly stated.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges at the price disclosed during checkout until the subscription is canceled.
By purchasing a yearly subscription, you authorize recurring yearly charges at the price disclosed during checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Applicable taxes or other amounts required by law may also be charged.
11. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
You authorize Stripe and Spectrum Navigator to process charges associated with the subscription you select. Stripe's own terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment-processing services.
12. Cancellation
Providers may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing tools made available by Spectrum Navigator, including the Stripe customer portal where available.
Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal charge and remains effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
A provider should complete cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge.
13. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise by Spectrum Navigator, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after they have been processed.
Canceling a subscription does not ordinarily create a right to a prorated refund for the remaining portion of a billing period.

14. Plan Changes
When supported, providers may change subscription plans through Spectrum Navigator or Stripe's billing tools. Billing adjustments, credits, prorations, or effective dates may be determined by the billing configuration presented during the change.
15. Failed or Past-Due Payments
Spectrum Navigator may restrict paid features if a subscription becomes unpaid, past due, incomplete, canceled, expired, or otherwise inactive.
Stripe may attempt to collect or update payment information in accordance with the applicable billing configuration.
16. No Guaranteed Results
Spectrum Navigator does not guarantee search ranking, impressions, profile views, inquiries, messages, appointments, clients, revenue, referrals, or any particular business result from a free or paid listing.
17. Prohibited Provider Conduct
Providers may not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another organization, manipulate reviews, harass families, misuse family information, create fraudulent accounts, circumvent platform permissions, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use Spectrum Navigator for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
18. Listing Removal and Account Action
Spectrum Navigator may reject, suspend, archive, remove, or restrict a listing or account when reasonably necessary to address inaccurate information, complaints, legal or regulatory concerns, safety concerns, fraud, misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
19. Independent Providers
Providers listed on Spectrum Navigator are independent from Spectrum Navigator. Nothing in these Provider Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, clinical, fiduciary, or professional relationship between Spectrum Navigator and a listed provider.
20. Governing Terms
The Spectrum Navigator Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated into these Provider Terms. If a specific provider-subscription term conflicts with a general term, the more specific provider term controls with respect to that subscription issue.
